... The Applicant was incorporated under Section 5.1(1) of the Canada Corporations Act, R.S.C. 1970, Chap. C-32, by letters patent dated the 3rd day of November, 1972, and is, therefore, qualified to construct and operate a pipe line extending beyond limits of a province for the transmission of gas as defined in the Act. The Applicant proposes to construct and operate a gas pipe line commencing: (a) as a 48" outside diameter ("O.D.") supply line from the interconnecting facilities of Alaskan Arctic Gas Pipeline Company, at the Alaska-Yukon border; and (b) as a 48" O.D. supply line from Taglu Field on the north shore of Richards Island, N.W.T.
