... The Applicant was incorporated under Section 5.1(1) of the Canada Corporations Act, R.S.C. 1970, Chap. C-32, by letters patent dated the 3rd day of November, 1972, and is, therefore, qualified to construct and operate a pipe line extending beyond limits of a province for the transmission of gas as defined in the Act.
