... This Third Amendment to the Applications: a. Confirms Applicant's election to amend its applications to adopt the Cross-Delta routing which was filed as an Alternative to its applications on August 15, 1975. b. Incorporates the following other alterations to its proposed pipeline system: (i) the addition of a 10.75 mile 24-inch diameter supply lateral to connect with the recently proposed Shell Oil Niglintqak processing plant, (ii) the relocation of the Parson's Lake supply lateral to accommodate a change in the proposed Gulf Oil plant location, (iii) a relocation of compressor station CD-08 on the Cross-Delta line, by 1.4 miles to the west to Mile Post 356.0, for environmental reasons, and (iv) the adoption of a satellite-based communications system. c. Presents supporting exhibits which show the changes to Applicant's proposed activities and facilities as a result of adoption of the Cross-Delta routing and which incorporate the
combined effect of all amendments which have now been made by Applicant to its proposed pipeline system. ...
